Project Coordinator
Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Indian Trail, NC

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support our accounts receivable department in monitoring, tracking and reporting activities and work closely with direct Supervision to meet all contract and internal requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review field daily reports, identify billable items being tracked and update all tracking sheet(s)
  • Prepare/update CAD drawing of newly installed underground gas facilities as project is constructed.
  • Field verify accuracy of daily reports
  • Review and monitor project materials
  • Submit accurate CAD drawing to support weekly invoice
  • Balance project totals and utilized materials

Education & Work Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • General understanding of AUTOCAD
  • Able to work and communicate effectively in written form, e-mail, or in person with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Possesses moderate MS Excel skills
  • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and presentation of work
  • Manages own workload effectively and efficiently; sets priorities, shifts priorities, and adapts to rapid changes in priorities
  • Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism and discretion at all times to all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of growth and assuming additional responsibilities in previous positions
  • Able to support a dynamic project environment with time-driven deadlines
  • Detail oriented and skilled at multi-tasking to complete several deadlines accurately and on time.

Preferred:

  • Completed AUTOCAD training certificate or equal experience
  • 2+ years of underground construction experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of successful project management practices
  • Experience in the Oil and Natural Gas Industry
