Position Overview:
Our growing company is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This individual will consult with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Job Responsibility Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll quickly learn about the different positions within our company, as well as our detailed and rigorous hiring process. The current job market is more dynamic and competitive than ever, and we are looking for someone who thrives when posed with a challenge!

  • Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with various managers in the company to discuss and determine needs.
  • Complete the necessary research to create detailed, accurate, engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Attract top talent by posting job advertisements for active job seekers; seek out pass job seekers using various external candidate databases.
  • Identify and proactively reach out to a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates via various external sourcing channels.
  • Partner with the Leadership team to execute the Workforce Plan Strategy to ensure qualified candidates are in place to support the Company's business needs.
  • Receive and screen applications; contact qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Conduct phone interviews.
  • Administer pre-interview assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews alongside various hiring managers within the company.
  • Conduct reference checks for top candidates.
  • Make informative and compelling job offers to top job candidates.
  • Attend job fairs at multiple location as needed.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation meetings and paperwork.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining a network in professional recruiting organizations.
  • Creating and sending weekly Recruiting Tracking reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience

PLEASE NOTE A BACKGROUND IN RECRUITING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD IS A PLUS

Bilingual a plus.
