Job Title: Inventory Analyst
Location: Conyers, Georgia

Position Summary:
The Inventory Analyst will be primarily tracking and analyzing inventory movement using our inventory system and Excel. The Analyst will allocate inventory movement based on communication with warehouse supervisors and foremen

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise and have the knowledge to enter the inventory checkouts, receipts, usages and purchase orders for all locations.
  • Coordinate entries to insure accurate timing for physical counts and reports.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory files in Excel and paper copies.
  • Communicate and train Foremen and Supervisors on correct inventory recording.
  • Plan for and coordinate warehouse and crew YE and cycle counts.
  • Create count sheets and keep log for recording counts. Enter in Excel, reconcile using VLOOKUP’s, and investigate variances in system and with Foremen.
  • Ensure proper record keeping storage for checkouts, usages, PO's and receipts.
  • Run reports and analyze inventory reports.
  • Continually update material for this training as changes occur within our systems and SEC.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Capability to balance work load among multiple ongoing projects
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze situations and drive decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace environment
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong desire to maintain organization of data; Great attention to detail: Self-motivated individual
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Excel, and Outlook
