Job Title: Field Support Administrator
Reports to: Document Control Supervisor
Location: Greensboro, NC


Position Summary:
Acts as a liaison between field operations and office personnel and is responsible for performing a variety of regular tasks to facilitate a well-organized office. Is proficient in all aspects of data entry, paperwork tracking and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    •  
  • Develop and manage detailed spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent to meet customers’ needs
  • Inventory tracking and field paperwork distribution to and from the field
  • Receive and coordinate necessary street repairs
  • Coordinate and oversee the work log and crew work schedule entry
  • Receive all PO’s through Procure It
  • Populate the work log location, description of work, PO & locate ticket number
  • Remote ticket entry - 811 training
  • Keep all locate tickets updated
  • Enter work into Sage Service Management
  • Ensure all receipts are coded and turned in
  • Assist Foreman with questions regarding ticket numbers, PO’s, etc.
  • Contact customers to coordinate install dates
  • Coordinate weekly packets for the Foreman
  • Ensure completed packets are sent to home office in a timely manner
  • Ensure filing is accurate and up-to-date
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of administrative office experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to plan and organize work in observance of deadlines
  • Superior organization skills; able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong decision making skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace with the ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace environment
  • Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
