Job Title: Field Support Admin (TEMP)

Reports to: Document Control Supervisor

Location: Greensboro, NC                                                                               

 

JOB PURPOSE: The Field Support Admin provides temporary administrative support for the field support administrator team, by ensuring accurate data reporting from the field through daily pay sheets and back up documentation processing.  This position will assist with a wide variety of basic departmental tasks and projects as needed. This role will also interface and need to build solid relationships with customers.   

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:

 

  • Data entry into systems such as Metaviewer, Maximo, and SharePoint
  • Process passthrough pay sheets based on paving supervisor’s requests
  • 811 updates and single service locate tickets
  • Communicates with Operations and Field Support as needed for data needs
  • Assist Document Control with submitting customer progress reports through DocuSign daily
  • Effectively communicate with external customers through DocuSign, phone, and email
  • Assist with maintaining document retention policies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with all depts within the organization and regarding neighboring depts as internal customers & acting accordingly

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

 

 

Education                           

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Business degree or certificate with concentrations in Accounting

Experience

 

Preferred: 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry

Possess strong written and oral communicative & problem-solving skills

Knowledge/

Skills

Required: Able to work and communicate effectively in written form, over the phone, or in person with all levels of the company and customer. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Possess moderate MS Excel and MS Word skills.  Must be detailed orientated and be able to multi-task accurately as well as adept at meeting deadlines.  Self-Starter, ability to work independently
